Key Responsibilities
Evaluate cross touchpoint user behavior, funnel performance, drop off points, and behavioral patterns to provide actionable recommendations.
Partner closely with product teams and research experts to translate insights into product improvements and experiments.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions from product managers, UX designers, and leadership.
Support personalization and audience based targeting initiatives with data-driven insights.
Develop and maintain recurring performance reports and dashboards (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Orchestrate tracking concepts across digital touchpoints (web & app) and ensure data consistency and quality.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of tracking specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to translate complex user behavior patterns into clear, actionable insights.
High degree of ownership, proactiveness, and ability to independently drive analytics initiatives.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing user flows, funnels, and conversion paths.
Strong expertise in web and app analytics tools incl. Tag Management (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics).
Familiarity with personalization and audience segmentation concepts in digital marketing.
Experience building tracking concepts, taxonomies, and event models.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
Ability to navigate complex multinational markets and languages and perform meaningful cross market comparisons that account for local conditions.
Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in automotive or premium consumer brands.
Knowledge of experimentation platforms (A/B testing tools).
Proficiency in data analysis using tools like BigQuery, SQL, or similar platforms.
Understanding of UX research methods and qualitative data.
